Drought turns into Floods in 17 African Countries

Ghana has been hardest hit in West African flooding...
We experienced the drought in Northern Ghana in June/July this year... The rainy season was very delayed this year to the point that many croups were lost due to drought... well since the rains have started... and flooded much of northern Ghana (the 3 northern regions are now disaster zones), that the replanted crops are now dying due to too much water.
