Monday Evening update

It's 5 pm in Accra; John, Maame Esi, Naaza and myself have just wound up our leaders debrief of our team's debrief. 8-)  Most of our participants departed last night; however, this morning the last three left and tomorrow our co-leaders will head for home.  We miss our team already; they were such an amazing group of young people.... but we are also ready for some rest.  This evening the four of us leaders will go out for a final meal together and afterwards we will visit a nice hotel nearby where we can listen to some high life music by the pool; we are looking forward to a relaxing last night together.  John and I will remain in Accra another week; we hope to spend the time wrapping up Discovery odds and ends, observing the funeral events of the late President Mills and also resting a bit before flying home.  I hope we will be able to post a few photos sometime during the week... but if not, don't worry, they will come soon!
