One of our colleagues (a Discovery alumnus) recently had quite a sobering quote after her recent work visit to Benin...
"We visited the center of the Vodun (voodoo) religion, which is also the major slave port, featuring the Door of No Return (pictured above). This is one of the darkest places we've ever been. A translation project is working to bring the people the Light of the World. They are scheduled to record the Jesus Film later this year. Please pray that they can give their people a great Christmas present. Please also join us in repenting of the past and our own economic benefits from human exploitation."
