I applaud my colleagues for the release of Bloom. In a joint partnership with SIL LEAD and the Canadian Institute of Linguistics, Bloom won the ‘Enabling Writers’ prize as a software solution to address book shortages for children in minority language groups. SIL and partners were, of course, delighted to receive the $100,000 grand prize. You can read the full news release here.
