Last week, both Shevawn and I flew to Florida for Wycliffe Mobilization conference where we talked about ideas and improvements related to the task of mobilizing 7000 more Bible translators by 2014... the goal is to begin translating every language still needing scripture in their own language by 2025... currently 2,529 languages... representing about 272 million people... but we're still counting. It was a good week, this picture is of the NextGen mobilizers which Discovery works with before we got into our canoes and met up with that aligator.
