The last stop on my recent Ghana trip was a "fitter" in Asamankese where we replaced the water puller (pump) on our rented Hyundai Galloper. Flexibility was the key for enjoying our last day in Ghana... I was so looking forward to eating Banku at the Sunshine Bar, but we had prioritized a visit to a friend whose husband passed away from earlier injuries sustained in a terrible auto accident in Ghana but due to our unexpected car repairs... we drove straight to Kotoka Airport in Accra for our Thursday evening flight to LAX via Frankfort. So for those of you who "worry" about safety on long journeys... this post is your assurance that I and all members of our mission team are safe at "home". Thanks again for your partnership in our ministry, it was a difficult trip in some ways, but the potential for successful missions synergy, partnership and empowerment of African missions is huge, please continue to pray and we will continue to keep you informed of the results.
