We're finally all here! Day 8


Last night our final Ghana 2012 participant arrived, (after having missed his connecting flight to Ghana due to his original planes late arrival) and we are very happy to have all of us now be in Accra ,where we are Discovering together.  The morale of the team is very good, and while they are also adjusting well, we would appreciate your continued prayers for them as they will be adjusting many, many times as they move from place to place.  Tomorrow we plan to travel to Tamale on a STC bus, hoping to arrive around supper time.  We will continue our Orientation there for another 5 days.

John and I are doing great, just (as usual) to busy being present with our team to send many updates for a bit.  Thanks so very, very much for your prayers! 8-)

Is it true that Sol and Christina Moghadam have been arrested and their children (including their 2 biological children) have been put into an orphanage? This has been spreading on the Internet the past few hours along with word that the US Embassy in Ghana says they cannot do anything until Monday. Everyone is very concerned and many have contacted officials on their behalf but no one really knows who passed along this info in the first place. It would be great if we could get confirmation that it is true.
