fufu proclaimed best Dagomba food

Tizzet (TZ) is eaten most every day in traditional Dagomba homes and therefore the favourite food of many adults even though as cultures change the young generation may prefer other foods such as rice... but last night as I ate TZ at a friends compound, the head of household proclaimed that FuFu is the Dagomba's BEST food, so when a chief or other important person is fed and there are yams available, fufu will be prepared and served. Good to know!
